What types of climbing gear do you offer?

The Escapades specialises in an ever-growing  variety of climbing gear, with everything from Bouldering Pads to Chalk Bags and high-performance Evolv climbing shoes.

How can I ensure the right fit for my climbing shoes?

To ensure the right fit for your Evolv shoes, it is recommended to measure your foot size accurately and consult our sizing chart available on the product page, usually sizing up 0.5 to 1.5 sizes above your trainer size.Climbing shoes should fit snugly without causing pain, allowing for optimal performance on the rock face. If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to reach out. 

What is your return policy for climbing gear?

Customers may return items within 28 days of delivery, provided they are in original and resellable condition. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at orders@theescapades.co with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item.

Do you offer exchanges for your products?

Yes, we do offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and indicate your desire to exchange during the returns procedure. We will facilitate the exchange if the requested item is available.

How long does shipping take for my order?

Shipping times may vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and standard shipping can take anywhere from 3 to 5 business days. Expedited shipping options may also be available at checkout.
